Order Cancellation

Custom Printing Services will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. However, if your ordered item has been shipped then of-course it cannot cancel. Orders may be cancel-able during the different production stages, but cancellation cost will apply. Our sales team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

Our Process of Fulfilling Orders is as follow

1) Order taken from customer online.

2) Designing department work on designing process.

3) Order sent to the press after designing.

4) Quality Assurance department collect order from press and deliver it to the shipping firm after quality assurance.

5) The shipping firm collects it and ships it to you.

Orders Cancellation Process

In case of unexpected event happening we do compromise to you as we can.Here we completely guide you for this process.
All orders can be canceled up to level 3. When the order is canceled in phase 1; You will be charged £ 15 plus 5% of the total payment received from customer, to cover payment processing and bank fees. For orders that have been canceled in step 2, at least 25% of the total ordered amount will be charged as a penalty to cover the salary of our designing staff. After the order has arrived at step 3, we can still try to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled. However, if the order is still in step 3 and the user wants to have it cancel. To cover costs, at least 60% of the total order amount will be charged. Once an order has reached level 4, its not possible to cancel.

Retun and Refunds Policy

As all orders are unique, all sales are final. If we see any mistake or error at our end, we will definitely reprint the order, but No refunds or credits.

Re-Print Policy

The customer must notify Custom Printing Services within 4 working days of delivery for the order of any damage, defects or missing items found in the delivered goods. CustomPrintingServices.co.uk is not responsible for any claim for defects, damage or missing items that are not submitted within 4 working days of the delivery date.

In order to receive replacement products, the client must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without the prior written return authorization from CustomPrintingServices.co.uk.

All costs related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.
