Custom Printing Services will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. However, if you’re ordered item has been shipped then it cannot be cancelled. Orders may be cancelable during the different production stages, but cancellation costs will apply. Our Client Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

1) Orders placed online.

2) Design department work on the designing.

3) After designing order sent to the press.

4) Quality Assurance department collect order from press and deliver it to the shipping firm after quality assurance.

5) The shipping firm collects it and ships it to you.

All orders can be canceled up to level 3. When the order is canceled in phase 1; You will be charged £ 15 plus 5% of the total to cover payment processing, bank fees and the costs of our design staff. For orders that have been canceled in step 2, at least 20% of the total order amount will be reduced as a penalty to cover the costs of our design department. After the order has arrived at step 3, we can still try to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled. However, if the order is still in step 3 and the user wants to cancel it. To cover costs, at least 50% of the total order amount will be reduced. Once an order has reached level 4, it cannot be canceled.


As all orders are unique, all sales are final. If we see the mistake on our end/we are wrong, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits.


Once your order has been successfully placed, your Design Services order money will not be refunded.


The customer must notify CustomPrintingServices.co.uk within 4 working days of delivery of the order of any damage, defects or missing items found in the delivered goods. CustomPrintingServices.co.uk is not responsible for any claim for defects, damage or missing items that are not submitted within 4 working days of the delivery date.

In order to receive replacement products, the client must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without the prior written return authorization from CustomPrintingServices.co.uk.

All costs related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.
